At Vlisco, we take pride in the quality of our premium fabrics and garments; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging, uncut and unworn, to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Vlisco packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the fabric has not been cut or altered.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
